製品を使ってみた感想： We have been customers since 2012, and I consider myself pretty high level in the implementation of Jackrabbit's tools at this point. I'm glad to have Jackrabbit Dance for client management for sure. Having worked in other systems, I do not believe they are as appropriately set up for class sessions. While Jackrabbit may not be the best for one-off classes, it is definitely the best for class series or sessions with multiple classes being paid for all at once (or over the course of a few months through installments).

Without Jackrabbit Dance, I have no idea how we would manage our catalog of 2,000+ students. At any given time, we typically have between 250 and 500 active enrollments, and we could not manage the activity around class management, client management, and payments without Jackrabbit as a tool.

改善してほしい点:

I don't love the fact that one-off classes are managed under Events rather than under Classes. It has proven to be confusing to clients, so we typically don't use Jackrabbit for those types of enrollments. I would definitely prefer to be able to use one database management tool for all of our operations.

Great for dance studios!

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, I enjoy using Jackrabbit Dance. They're very responsive in the Facebook user group and I appreciate their transparency around feature requests and the product roadmap.

I really like the dashboard feature, new calendar, and how easy it is to automate posting monthly tuition. The dashboard also has the option to adjust what sections you see plus create (and save!) a filtered view of classes. The calendar feature makes it super easy to get an at-a-glance view of classes for the day and easily check room, instructor, enrollment, etc. - this is a game changer for our front desk. We have two different types of tuition that get posted on a monthly basis and being able to automate that to run was a huge timesaver for us. I'm also really excited for the new email feature to go live beyond just template creation, I think it will make it a lot easier for us to send beautiful studio-wide messages.

I wish the events feature was more robust - there are a lot of ways I can see our dance studio using this for pop up classes, special events, etc., but it's not quite there yet and requires some additional admin time on my part to use. I also wish students transferring into different classes were more seamless with billing, some of how that works isn't intuitive - our interim solution is to manually remember to go back and fix it, but thankfully our families are patient with us correcting any issues. The biggest issue our families (and admins) have is with understanding current vs future balance. It's not presented in a way that makes sense or is clear for families - we've done our best to educate families to always look at the due date next to a charge, but this is still one of our biggest struggles.

Jackrabbit is GREAT, but NOT EXCELLENT. More Fixes Needed.

Great for New Dance Studios

製品を使ってみた感想： As a brand new dance studio Jackrabbit has been a lifesaver. Are there things I wish I could do differently or change about it? Sure. And it does take time to learn it to be able to fully utilize it. But it also has so many functions that for newbies has helped us solve problems in a pinch. As someone who has used Jackrabbit in other places, I'd say it does have it's limits. For studios like ours it's perfect because we are small team and just getting started. If we ever exceed 200 students or start doing more productions/shows, we may switch to something with a stronger website integration system because Jackrabbit feels limited on website display options. But truly, it does the trick, the Jackrabbit staff have always been helpful, and I like the control I have of building classes/billing.

I really like the level of control I have over classes, schedules, tuition, fees, etc. There is a lot you can do manually which helps with those unique situations a studio often runs into where we have multiple types of transactions and reasons, as well as different kinds of classes that all need to eb classified differently. I also like the dashboard with enrollment stats and due balances.

改善してほしい点:

1: It was advertised as something that integrates with Quickbooks but there is still a lot you have to manually do for every transaction to make sure Quickbooks reports the transactions correctly 2: I wish there were more ways to integrate it into a website and customize the display on a website.

製品を使ってみた感想： We have had many challenges through the years, but have always remained loyal to JR as you are the leading software that can handle the volume, programming, and nature of our studio. The support is quick and helpful if we are in need of assistance.

Jackrabbit has been our studio software for 12 years. We are so blessed to be a part of a community that is always striving to make things better for dance studios. They are consistently working towards streamlining processes and features within the software, and it is great to have the support as our business grows and changes.

改善してほしい点:

There are many workarounds we have made since JR does not connect to most applications. An integration with google suite would be amazing.

製品を使ってみた感想： I just feel so thankful to have found a dance registration page for my clients that is so easy to maneuver through, to connect my website, to create my own app with, and most of all it’s super affordable. I love all of the different options provided for monthly payment based off of what my business needs. That’s really important because not every business is the same, my dance company is very different than others so it’s got options that is perfect for what I need. Another thing I love is how easy it is to speak to someone to help me through any technical difficulties I have. Sometimes I forget a process that I haven’t done in a while, and they not only help me through it, but also give me a recording of our interaction so that way I can save it to use in the future if I need help with that specific problem again.

Compared to other companies I have tried, I really have no complaints.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall I am able to manage most of my school easily through Jackrabbit and I am pleased that they are constantly making useful improvements. Their recent upgrade to client messaging missed the mark, though, and has not given me the tools I need to make composing messages any easier.

Jackrabbit gives me many tools to understand how my business is doing and to easily communicate with families. Scheduling classes is easy, and they are linked to my website so that I don't have to update both when I make changes.

The Recital Editor is almost very useful, but the UI is very dated and complicated, simply using modern fonts would make it vastly simpler to use. The fact that I cannot email everyone participating in a single recital is also infuriating - that functionality is pretty basic. I can create a list of everyone in a recital - why is there no button to email them?

It's great for parents, teachers, and admin staff. It can do just about everything and has made running our dance studio so much easier. The Jackrabbit staff are also always only a call away to help with anything

It can be a bit of a beast to set up, also the monthly cost goes up the most students you have and it doesn't ever delete any students so you end up having to pay for students that came years ago that no longer attend. However we do get around it by manually deleting old students out of the system.

Great Dance Registration Software!

製品を使ってみた感想： Once I get the setting for my classes, etc. set, I like how easy it is to add and edit classes, charge families accounts, take attendance, etc.

I like how easy it is for the families to register and find things within their account. Our previous system was much more challenging for people to navigate and sign up for classes/find what they were looking for. Jackrabbit has clear options for parents in the portal and not too much extra stuff them to get lost in. I also like the ability to archive classes and families (who have left).

改善してほしい点:

I wish I my end it was a little easier to find my own setting for things like drop down menus for things like tuition charges. Navigating how my stuff looks is a little more challenging

We are unable to customize the registration form by program/class. I would like to be able to manipulate it more than just a few custom fields.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, it has been an incredibly positive experience. I speak very highly of JackRabbit and am happy we made the change despite the stress of changing over at the most chaotic time of our year.

I love the customization of JackRabbit combined with how up to date it feels. The customer service is top notch and the help functions are incredible. They are always making updates, providing helpful tutorials, communicating via emails and their facebook group. It is (pretty much) everything I wanted out of a dance studio software. I'm mad that we waited so long to make the switch.

改善してほしい点:

Initially, there were some financial aspects that were a turn off. Most have proved to be pros rather than cons. The biggest dislikes that come to mind are the way bank draft declines must be monitored by hand and not being able to password protect or put restrictions on class enrollments.

What I don't like is how communication gets lost frequently when we email our clients. Spam filters often filter out emails sent from JR. We also have frequent issues with the registration page being difficult for first time customers.

The weekly calendar. We used to have to printout each class and class time and post, now I can just look at the screen.

I wish the phone numbers were listed next to more searches. A lot of times I need to call the entire class if we have weather issues and have to close - on the weekly calendar would be the perfect spot to be able to click, call, click, call etc.

製品を使ってみた感想： We have been using Jackrabbit Class for more than 14 years and are amazed by the new features that continue to be released that make our job easier and our business grow

Ease of creating and maintaining a session of over 175 classes. We love the ability of performing group edits on classes. The Business Intelligence dashboard is a game changer for us and allows us to easily see enrollments/drops and metrics surrounding retention and churn without having to create special reports and spreadsheets. We are excited to use the new Appointments feature to define and track our over 400 hours of weekly private lessons.

改善してほしい点:

We have several different tuition charts in effect in the same session and we struggle with not being able to create multiple charts in JR for the same session. Team tuition/adult tuition/recreational class tuition

製品を使ってみた感想： I’m still relatively new with Jackrabbit dance but overall I like it so far. I feel as though there’s a lot of capabilities on the platform that I haven’t explored yet and want to do that I’m sure I’m using Jackrabbit to it’s full capacity.

I like that it’s extremely user friendly! Typically you can figure out what to do on your own but if you can’t, there are so many learning resources online provided by Jackrabbit to help!

Reporting for attendance. I don’t like how the reports look and find it difficult to understand at a glance.

製品を使ってみた感想： I inherited a setup that was not done well, but with the help of tech support, we have finally figured out how to use Jackrabbit to best suit our business! I've been very impressed at how much the company listens to its customers and gives them what they ask for!

JackRabbit does all of the base line functions we need it to for our ballet school. As they are always adding new features and developing high demand functions, we will never go to another system. Jackrabbit is a great company that knows its customers very well and listens to them!

Outstanding customer service!! The fact that live chat is available 24/7 immediately is the best I've ever seen.

Not really a jackrabbit issue, but I wish we could wrap the credit card fee into their payments. That monthly bill to swipe credit cards - OUCH!

製品を使ってみた感想： It's good. 7 to 8 out of 10. Overall though, support is still frustrating, challenging, and too complicated and time consuming. Resolving issues can be quicker and more simple over the phone. It does not have to be so difficult.

Sometimes too complicated, too much clicking around, more complicated than it needs to be, statements are confusing for customers, lack of quick answers from support (emailing and chatting takes 5 times longer online due to deciphering communication).

What I love most about Jackrabbit is their customer support. We’ve had great success with needing assistance, and then scheduling a call or chatting with a support agent for help, and we’ve received assistance in a timely matter that’s been wonderful.

What I like least about Jackrabbit is that there isn’t an app to download. Especially when I need to pull something up quickly and am not near my computer, it’s hard when I can’t just open an app. We’ve given that feedback before to JR as well.

Not a fan of the new dashboard or major changes. I enjoy consistency and hope the classic dashboard will remain an option for those who wish to continue using it.

Love the old dashboard. Lot's of uses and options. Chat is very helpful. Wish there was a customer service number to call someone immediately VS having to schedule a phone call.

Very tabby and pop ups. I wish there was a notification of when your active student/ family amount puts your studio into the next payment tier so it is less of a surprise when the monthly bill arrives.
