The amount of frustration experienced simply trying to communicate with their team was nearly the undoing of my small business team. It had become a daily point of contempt. > > Frustrating. I could go on and on about the lack of customer support being the biggest issue we had, but the bottom line was that their system didn't support our needs on any level and it cost us thousands of dollars. Our customer experience declined greatly and who knows how much their errors cost us in business.
