> **良いポイント**: Its ability to do admin tasks on the end user's system without giving the user an admin password.&#10;Screen sharing does not require any software installation.&#10;It has different ways to access a user system, you can simply send the user a link or inform the user to find you on the public URL.&#10;The solution is very easy to set up compared to some other products.&#10;Third-party integration with solutions like SysAid was also seamless.&#10;With little or no training, the solution is good to go for anyone.

> **良いポイント**: Deployment through MDM works as expected (Kandji/Iru and Intune). The ability to configure and enforce unattended access for all devices is great so the end user doesn't have to do anything. Remote sessions provide alot of information and helpful features such as file transfers, show current running processes, gives you hardware resource utlization, and directly access shell/terminal sessions in the background. Works well for both Windows and macOS devices. Quick support portal and session is really useful as well. I like how for agents there is both a desktop app as well as a web app for remote sessions.

> **改善点**: The overall interface just looks and feels really outdated but everything works as expected. The admin and initial configuration can be a little confusing but once it's up, it's more or less set it and forget it.

> Overall it's a great remote support tool. All the core functions work and it does provide a lot of extra useful tools for troubleshooting issues. It is a little on the more expensive side when compared to other vendors and the initial onboarding can be a little confusing. UI could be updated for sure as it just overall looks old.
