Smartsheet is an online tool, so clients, you, and your team members can use Smartsheet from any location and at any time.

改善してほしい点:

Unfortunately, in Gantt chart view, there are limited possibilities to customize the task dependencies. Availability features of allocating various resources do not incorporate part-time availability well enough.

Smartsheet is a great hub for information storage and group collaboration. I like that it's basically an excel sheet where you can attach documents and communicate with others across your business. I also especially like the automation feature which streamlines processes.

There are some additional features that I wish Smartsheet had. For example, I wish you could filter by "This Month". I also wish it could integrate with Outlook a little better.

The only con I did have is that I thought you could not see who was the last person to modify something on the Smartsheet, but actually there’s ways to track changes with an activity log.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall experience with Smartsheet has been great. I have been using it since 2020 for my project tracking, daily tasks, monitor reports and so many other things and it provides a great visibility to me, my team and leadership on where we are on our projects with their timelines.

Love the new slick version of Smartsheet which allows me to cross function and collaborate with multiple users from different teams and also helps me set up a level-based permissions to access the sheets which I think is a great help for my business needs.

Some times on the filters, it doesn't fully function or filter out the wanted and unwanted data. Also, the same filters when applied sometimes mess up my entire data set

I love the project planning features of Smartsheet and using it as an alternative to Excel to track and monitor simple data sets, especially when these need to be shared with multiple people.

Despite having many of the features of Excel, it does not have capabilities such as tabs or pivot tables within a single document. You often have to stitch multiple documents together to manipulate data which can be tricky and a hassle. I would also like it to integrate better with other products.

Low cost, quick adaptability, and ease in learning are key to this products.
