製品を使ってみた感想： Docuware has been a great experience for our Company. It has allowed us to pay invoices faster, track information about who has overcharged us, and track change orders without letting them get lost in the shuffle.

良いポイント:

Docuware is a powerful tool for routing paperwork through workflows. It has eliminated paper running through our office and allowed our employees to work from any location without needing physical access to the paper.

改善してほしい点:

Setting up the workflows is difficult at first, but once you get used to "speaking the language" per se it's not bad at all.

DocuWare: Serviceable

製品を使ってみた感想： My experience was good. As stated, once you figured out what you needed to do to complete the transaction, it was fine.

良いポイント:

Our association used Docuware for about six years and for where our business model was at the time, it served a good purpose. Once you figured out the system, it was easy enough to use, albeit a bit "clunky." We used it primarily for uploading invoices and bills to be paid.

改善してほしい点:

It was challenging to find past invoices with this system. Docuware was not overly intuitive, so it took a fair amount of time to figure out how to access and pull up past invoices if there were questions about payment.

Easier, usefull and fast way to work with the documents and datas.

製品を使ってみた感想： The experience have been good, we started to work with DocuWare on June 2018, and during the pandemic time when we had been working at home it help us a lot and it was more easy for us.
Also it helps a lot the work with our auditors, now with DocuWare is more faster and esier.

Well for us DocuWare change the way to work in the office with the documents, we save time, is more safe and faster than the way that we worked before to get the program.

改善してほしい点:

Well in general we are happy with the program but if I have to say one thing we miss some more tutorials or some more webinars to help to work with the program and also give an idea to implement the DocuWare in different deapartments of the company.

What I like least is that depending on the application you want to give it, it requires development, adaptability and implementation and this involves cost.

At the beginning to find ourselves the best way to give parameters to the documents to properly organize the information. At that time the support was not much (in 1999)

I like DocuWare's ability to efficiently scan and store all of our important documents has allowed us to streamline processes and reduce paper usage. The intelligent search function makes it easy for us to quickly find any file, which saves us valuable time in our daily routine. In addition, integration with other systems, such as ERP and CRM, has improved interdepartmental communication and information management. DocuWare's ease of use and quick implementation allowed us to adapt smoothly to this new way of working. It takes minutes to have all the invoices saved with the advantages of allowing you to find whatever you need from them.. Giving access to the account firm was very important to us too. We saved so much time !!!

The development of an interface between docuwar and our inventory and sales system took too long. Now I am thinking of changing it but I am worried about the time it will probably take.

Perfect online storage

良いポイント:

I'm impressed because the software meets the needs of what I am looking for. DocuWare helps to store a tons of legal documents. It's fast. It's easy to navigate and easy to use for a new user like me. I would say this software is similar to Gofileroom - which also allow you to store documents online, but DocuWare is faster, from my experience.

改善してほしい点:

I haven't seen a least feature about DocuWare yet since I has only used for couple months. But I like the software so far.

製品を使ってみた感想： It has been good to us for many many years. I have no had any user complain about features or missing files. Searching has been good as long as the correct data is inputed upon file uploads. Creating new "document trays" is simple and made easier with creating new users now.

DocuWare has been a crucial part of our environment for many , many years! When it goes down, which is not too often, my team is crippled. However, it has been back up quickly in my cases. The configuration aspect is easy for even the basic IT user.

There aren't very many --when it's down, it's down. No fixing it by contacting support in the Americas. IT is a global company based in Germany I believe. Getting support during our working hours is almost non-existent.

Documented Docuware Success Story

製品を使ってみた感想： As a Docuware client for over 15 years I have seen this product evolve. We have utilized this program to scan, index and search real estate title documents. From our first use we knew this product was going to revolutionize our title company and it has done this without any loss of productivity and, in fact, has saved manpower and storage dollars. From the moment we created our first "cabinet" with one entry till now where we house over 40 million images that are accessed by personnel from all our locations, we experience exceptional response time and absolutely no "down time". I highly recommend this product to anyone in the title industry.

I took over the Docuware administration for my company. The learning curve was steep, but worth it!

良いポイント:

It allowed my company to get rid of @ 80% of it's paper records! It collated the old files into a common user interface (per department) that allows anyone to use it and find stuff quickly and easily!

The one thing I think is missing (and this has been recorded) is that the "fat" client has been removed from the software. As an administrator, I made frequent use of the fat client.

Some bugs in the task assigning process is the defect i identified in this software, i have some troubles with this function.

製品を使ってみた感想： So far, I am absolutely loving it. So easy to use and without having a client to install.

I love the web interface. It makes it so convenient. The UI layout is so intuitive compared to our old document system.

I don't like that I can't process multiple files by selecting the ones I want to change. It's either all or nothing.

So far our experience with DocuWare has been very positive. It has been a great help!

It's ease of use is the largest PRO! We have our entire shop (35+people) using the software and the fact it is so user friendly is simply excellent!

At times we wish there were more sort options and export options. but overall it is a very good product!
