The dashboard provides an overview of all the projects we are working on and all their status' without having to ping each member individually and wait. Automation is another feature that I enjoy and as I created a workflow several years ago that automatically moves tasks to the next person responsible after approval and I don't even think about this anymore as it just happens. Many of the advanced tools such as dashboards, advanced reporting, certain integration with third party software, etc. are not standard, so they will increase your costs.
