Their ability to make their system meet our needs has been fantastic. We have individual memberships but aggregated billing on a monthly basis for linked members; events which allow us to send links to members to register; sign waivers, fill out questionnaires; and enter credit card information and more. If you are in the USA forget support on Fridays that's their Saturday so you only get 4 days of support, and depending on what time zone your in. I have Pacific standard and so they are not available until 12pm. That means I get 9 hours of available support 4 days a week. NOT ENOUGH. When I found issues with the system they tried to treat me like I was stupid and didn't know the system, then come to find out (EVERY TIME) it was not me but the software. It has double charged members, deleted payments, failed to auto-bill for months at a time (So we lost thousands), and so much more. I can't tell you enough, do NOT use this company for your sanity. > > At first I thought we could work through the issues. Alas, the problems kept happening and getting worse and worse.
