Users couldn't locate benefit enrollment and had issues adjusting tax setup and other info. The missing support for tax setup and filing was a nightmare. The reporting feature was extremely difficult to navigate and reports had missing or incorrect info at times. > > Considering the high price of this product, we expected much better support.
