良いポイント:
交通費を携帯等の乗車履歴から精算できるようになったこと
改善してほしい点:
チェック機能により、注意を促してはくれるが、あまり役目を果たしていない。もう少し高度なチェック機能だと助かる。
操作性がややいまいち
製品を使ってみた感想: 経費精算の際、入力項目が多いのでとにかく時間がかかる。(実際トータルはそうでもないんだろうけれど、毎回ある読み込み時間で「待たされている感」がある。)登録データの検索が独特すぎて非常に使いづらい。入力修正も時間がかかるし、思わぬ所でBackspaceキーによりページ遷移してしまい入力データが消えたりするのでストレスに感じてしまう。
良いポイント:
モバイルと連動し、画像(領収書等)をアップロードできまたタイムスタンプもあるので良いと思う
改善してほしい点:
操作性がいまいち。何かひとつ入力するごとにほぼ読み込みが入るので、とにかく時間がかかる。
不便で使いにくい。交通費精算が最悪。
製品を使ってみた感想: とても使いにくい。エラーがおきやすく、またそのエラーに気づかないこともあると、アナログでやった方が結局早くてミスもない、ことになる。電子承認のシステムにせざるを得ず導入されたが、現場の作業は増えている。
良いポイント:
サイトで表示される領収書は、打ち出さずにネット上で添付できること。
改善してほしい点:
交通費精算は、自分で入力したもので完結できず、ルートを選び選択しなければならないが、その精度が低く、手入力でやりたくなる。領収書を、写真で添付しなければならないが、撮影日時も重ねるタイムスタンプ機能がエラーを起こしやすく、添付完了のつもりが、未承認のままになっていることがしばしばあり、そうなると再度探して撮影しなければならない。
出張等の経費精算では無くてはならない存在
製品を使ってみた感想: 経費精算をConcurに変えてから本当に便利になりました。
良いポイント:
承認する側の立場なのですが、モバイルで部下の経費申請を出来るのが便利だと思います。
改善してほしい点:
インターフェースがいまいちだと思います。特にモバイルはもっと使いやすくして欲しいです。

スマホアプリで撮影した領収書を元に経費精算申請できる基幹システムを利用していることが前提にはなるが、連携は楽になる。
改善してほしい点:
ユーザインタフェースが少々分かりにくい。翻訳の問題かもしれないが、似たような表現が並んでいてどちらを使えばいいのかが分からなかった。

製品を使ってみた感想: SAP Concur simplifies expense reporting with its robust reporting tools. I do feel however that the user interface needs a real uplift - comparing it to other products i have used it really is not as intuative.
良いポイント:
When onboarding new customers SAP Concur has a seamless integration of expense and travel management. The platform is convenient and accessible and has a wide range of features.
改善してほしい点:
The user interface is somewhat complex to use. The desktop version is not as intutative as similar products. Concur risks falling behind its competitors.

Biggest Disappointment!
製品を使ってみた感想: Couldn’t tell you if the system itself is any good or not because we have been working on the integration since April of 2024 (today is Jan 1 2025) and WE STILL HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE INTEGRATION. The “Support” team is useless and refers us back to the account reps. The account reps don’t respond. The original rep set us up on a platform that wouldn’t work for our needs so we had to switch platforms. We chose Concur because it’s the only one that would integrate with our ERP system and work with our Corporate Cards (Chase Ink) - only to be told that the Chase Ink integration was broken. No we can integrate with Chase Ink but can’t get ANYONE to work with us on the integration (emailing for MONTHS). The reports are TERRIBLE. They suck to read. The suck for printing. As a whole, this is a terrible way to do business.

It’s just an idea because it has been extremely unreliable, deletes data and will stop tracking without notification which is the overall purpose.
SAP Concur - Makes expense reporting fast and easy
製品を使ってみた感想: I use SAP Concur almost weekly and find it efficient and easy to use. From going back years to when users were taping receipts to paper and uploading, to having the ability easily attach receipts via your mobile devise is fantastic.
良いポイント:
Ease of use on both mobile and desktop applications. The softwares ability to sync with Credit Card providers and receipt tracking has made business travelers expense report creation and submittal much easier.
改善してほしい点:
At times some of the pre configured alerts set forth by ones organization can be hard to understand and overcome.

製品を使ってみた感想: My company (myself included) uses Concur regularly to track business expenses. The interface is simple for end users and it is convenient to route approvals for expenses directly where they need to go.

SAP Concur is easy to use for end users. The expense reimbursement process is simple and straightforward, directly sending the reports to managers/accounting to approve. In addition, the availability of two-factor authentication keeps our users' financial reports secure.

I have nothing negative to report on regarding this application. Setup was simple and it is easy to use.
Integrated travel booking and expense claiming
製品を使ってみた感想: Overall it's the portal to claim expense and book business travel, generally gets things done but can improve in terms of user friendliness and efficiency in hotel booking

A little bit janky, but useful solution
製品を使ってみた感想: It's good enought for large company to manage their travel expenses, and even though it's little bit janky it's still simpler than doing all the reservations manually so I give it a pass.

You can create and pay for the whole itinerary (mostly) in one go.

It's slow, and the interface is outdated, makes it a pain to create a trip, it's doable but janky, and the filters for flights could be simplified.
Makes travels expenses admin very easy

Well organised, simple, and the function that scans receipts and fills in the fields for you makes it even easier to deal with travel expenses.

Can take a while to process the images of the receipts.
Good solid expense and travel application
製品を使ってみた感想: Moving from an excel based, far more manual process this has been a welcomed change.
良いポイント:
The integration with corporate traveller, allowing users to claim expenses and book accommodation / travel in one application, reports / analytics are therefore available on spend across all these areas. Support is readily available, always responsive and prompt in resolving any issues. It is quite straightforward to use as an end user, most team members pick it up quite quickly.
改善してほしい点:
I would prefer the option, of being logged into SAP for the day and not having to re-log in throughout the day when I need to re-access. Search facility as an admin only allows to search on first name or surname, not both names. The inability as an admin to easily move a 'group' of users to a new approver

Unlike many other spend management tools that I have tried, SAP Concur has a mobile App which is an added advantage. Thus, I do not have any flaw.

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall, I've used SAP Concur with multiple large corporations I've worked for and it's been a great experience.

I like the ease of filing expense reports in general, as well as the mobile app. The ability to take photos of receipts in the moment, using the app helps with peace of mind as to not lose them.
改善してほしい点:
The only feedback I would say as a Con, would have to be the ability in the mobile app to upload a receipt that is a PDF. There may be a way to do it, but it appears to only allow image files, such as .jpg

Automate Your Expense and Travel Management Program with Ease!
良いポイント:
SAP's fully-built integrations with Frequent Flyer programs, Lyft, travel agencies, and Google make my travel planning experience enjoyable and automated. I no longer have to worry about adding flyer status, marking calendars, upload receipts, etc. Everything is done for me by Concur, saving time and money in the process.
改善してほしい点:
The UI/UX can be a little clunky and slow at times. It definitely takes some time to get used to how things are laid out and how the workflows operate. But, once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing ahead.

Very strong expense management / invoice / requisition tool
製品を使ってみた感想: We use for our invoice capture/processing process, expense management and purchase requisition process. This has expanded over time due to the usability of the tool and high level of adoption from end users.
良いポイント:
The tool is multi-faceted meaning that once you have end users using, expanding it's reach/impact is very easy. We started with invoice, then added expense and than adopted purchase requisition most recently. The mobile app is very helpful in managing the process for invoice approvals and receipt capture particularly, as can be done on the go.
改善してほしい点:
Some of the quirks hard baked into the system route from it's beginnings as Global Expense, and therefore can be forgiven. I do see some of these ironed out over time. The SAP purchase (a number of years back now) has seen account management strengthened, however if you are not an enterprise wide SAP ERP customer - you are likely to struggle to receive a high level of account management.
