La sicurezza rappresenta l'elemento principale per quanto riguarda le piattaforma crittografate per il whistleblowing. Lo strumento è molto versatile e permette diverse configurazioni; è quindi utilissimo in diversi contesti. Dal 2014 l'abbiamo infatti utilizzato sia ai fini di raccolta di informazioni che come strumento di dialogo crittografato. La sua versatilità ne ha permesso l'adattabilità a contesti molto diversi tra di loro, dal settore pubblico a società private di ogni dimensione, al contesto attivistico delle organizzazioni non governative. La versione di default offre già molte possibilità ma l'evoluzione e i miglioramenti nel corso degli anni hanno facilitato il suo utilizzo da parte di ogni tipologia di utente. I nostri progetti basati su Globaleaks sono utilizzati da quasi mille enti, con soddisfazione degli utilizzatori. Il fatto che il software sia open source e che abbia moltissimi utilizzatori nel mondo si riflette anche sul miglioramento continuo da parte degli sviluppatori. Ogni nuova esigenza legata sia a normative che a necessità di utilizzo viene affrontata in modo sempre tempestivo. > > **改善点**: L'unica difficoltà è stato l'iniziale macchinosità di utilizzo per un non tecnico nel 2014. Queste difficoltà sono però state superate dagli sviluppatori, che hanno reso il software molto immediato a livello di utilizzo. > > Senza Globaleaks non avremmo potuto avere la scalabilità del servizio che offriamo a enti pubblici e privati. Anche un non tecnico può configurare e utilizzare facilmente lo strumento e per questo motivo è, ad oggi, di gran lunga il software più utilizzato in Italia per il whistleblowing, con una diffusione sia settoriale che geografica molto eterogenea.
