If you click into a report and its not what you wanted, you have to enter your search term again. Generally ugly but I'm speaking more for our users on that. Document management is not great. I don't know how to expand on that without really digging into our process but in short, I kinda wish we had never added Documents into workflows because once a document is added within a workflow, you can never get rid of it.
