We use both TASKalfa and Ecosys models, and have had many issues after Vasion started to update the CPA client used. No issues with our Konica Minolta copier though. Working with support was great initially, but eventually stalled out and after numerous prompts to continue troubleshooting, was told copiers were no longer supported by Vasion, even though they still appear on the supported list. Before the switch, we had a lot of issues and downtime with printing with the previous provider. Once we made the move to Vasion Print, all those problems and issues disappeared.
