> **良いポイント**: It has a very easy-to-use drag-and-drop functionality which saves a lot of time and energy. One thing I really like is that with step functions AWS services are already integrated, which is really a great thing for me. Even It was not very hard to configure AWS Step Functions.

> **改善点**: In my experience, there is not much negative about the AWS Step Functions but one area where they can improve is their UI, if they make their process a little easier, it will be really good.

For example on onboarding new customers, there's a few third parties integration during the onboarding process and Step Functions helps me to track any failure during the onboarding journey. Integration with AWS Lambda and Cloudwatch happens seamless, so it's easy to identify bugs and track deffect root causes.
