Integrating into our systems was super easy and they have a great API to send customer data like custom events and such. We also use it to send email newsletter broadcasts  to all our customers &#10;&#10;Before we used Intercom but we weren't happy with that at all and way too expensive. After implementing UserList the software was paying for itself already after a couple of days. Conversions went up and expansion revenue kicked in. &#10;&#10;UserList is very easy to use and looks wonderful. The messages that my customers are seeing look great as well.

After months of knowing I needed to set up an onboarding email sequence, I finally took the plunge and signed up for Userlist. Within 2 hours I had everything set up technically... \*and\* I had implemented a complete onboarding email sequence according to industry best practices (which they guide you in writing).&#10;What had been on my mind for a long time was implemented so quickly, and just as everyone said it would, an onboarding sequence had a tremendous impact on user activation / retention (+20%).&#10;Since then, I've implemented several additional email sequences to capture even more value from the tool.
