Zoom facilitates the seamless presentation of myself on the platform, particularly during interviews. Accessing the platform via the mobile app is expeditious, requiring less than a minute. Additionally, I appreciate receiving daily notifications regarding meeting schedules, alleviating the need for manual note-taking or reminders on my phone.

改善してほしい点:

I dislike the fact that most meetings under a free version only last for 40 minutes. I wish they could make them last for an hour at most. I am also not very fond of the fact that one needs to have a constant internet connection.

CONNECTING! We are in a technological age and everyone is hustling and bustling. Having a way to stay in touch, catch up or even land that dream job is crucial. Zoom does all that and more.

Perhaps zoom can make the calls a little more interactive.

Complete Train Wreck

製品を使ってみた感想： We were double billed at the beginning and when we requested the second account be closed, it was set to cancelation pending and never changed or refunded. When we attempted call tickets they were never answered. When I called, I would hold from 30-45 minutes each call and several times my call was dropped once answered and I would have to start the process over again. The customer service reps were not fluent in English and read standard responses from a notebook, none of which actually addressed our issues. There was no way to escalate and when we finally received follow ups they still did not address the issues or answer the questions.

We were pleased to be given the option of using a phone app instead of standard desk phones given the nature of our business.

The setup process was confusing, call routing and other functions very unclear and hard to set up, customer service completely non-existent.

My corporate head office just onboarded ZOOM Phones and I could NOT be happier. The reliability of our previous system left much to be desired. We have had 100% improvement in communication since switching! Thank you ZOOM!

Zoom becomes more beneficial to you as your career advances. Using Zoom Phone, you can talk with people on your mobile while away from your computer or laptop. It provides you with the same features as a desktop computer. With its user-friendly interface, remote work has become easier. The team can use collaboration tools, such as screen-sharing and whiteboarding, even on non-working days to increase sales.

I have experienced some delays with the software loading, and sometimes it doesn't always recognize my headset. Fixing that would be a major plus for me.

製品を使ってみた感想： Just like every software has its pros and cons this is a very good app that easy to use but if the cons are worked on it will even be greater.
It's great for online meetings and classes because one can share their screen and the quality of both the audio and video is great.

I have been using Zoom since last year for both work meetings and online classes and what I loved most about it, is the fact that it doesn't use too much storage on the phone and you can use it on the go or anywhere you are. It's easy to use, you don't need special classes or lessons for you can understand how to use it.

It needs a great internet connection otherwise the quality of the call will reduce. Of course, the free license version although great still has a lot of limitations compared to the premium version like you can only have 100 people in the meeting and only for 40mins. Security

Zoom Phone just works. It's more clear than 4G cell service. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. The feature set is second to none.

Zoom needs to be doing more to promote their phone product, more than anything technical. The management is a bit disjointed from their Zoom Video product. It would be a huge improvement if they could somehow merge the management of the two on the back end.

製品を使ってみた感想： I love how productive I can be when using Zoom Phone, It has become an essential tool on my day by day. My meetings don't lose quality, I can still use all the tools and optimize my time. I recommend everyone to have Zoom Phone installed on theirs.

I like that I can attend my meeting from my phone while I'm on my way to work or simply doing other things, I can block my phone and still listen to my classes and it doesn't consume much data or battery.

UCaaS solution that can outdo larger players in the market

製品を使ってみた感想： I really like Zoom Phone + Zoom Meeting so far. Part of our org still uses a different provider due to contract ties but i am evaluating moving whole org to Zoom in the next fiscal year.

I've used almost all leading UCaaS vendors, and what i like about zoom is its ability to monitor a line without needing for an active live call.

It's fairly new to the market and i have not experienced any issues. I will go back to review if i experience any.

製品を使ってみた感想： It is a very helpful application that i have use it a lot while on-the-go and when i don't have my computer with me. It was a great experience for me.

良いポイント:

Zoom Phone is very helpful for anyone that are constantly on-the-go but need to join the meeting session with client or colleague. It operate from my smartphone, which mean i don't need my laptop to launch the application. The audio quality always clear and i had never had problem with the audio.

改善してほしい点:

I can't change the audio calls from using my phone carrier to be using the VOIP. It need to be setup before the call are made, and can not change it in the middle of the session. I had to cancel the session and join in it again using the VOIP option. I hope it can be change in the future.

ZOOM Phone has great call quality but lags behind RingCentral and others

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, we're happy with Zoom Phone but, Zoom REALLY, REALLY needs to add answering calls on iOS lock screen like RingCentral, 8X8 and others.

What I like about ZOOM software is its simplicity. We didn't need all the features of competitors like RingCentral.

ZOOM phone doesn't support answering calls on the iOS lock screen. BIG missing feature for ZOOM Phone! Also, cumbersome to move calls from a mobile device to Mac and back.

Brilliant Online Meeting Software....

製品を使ってみた感想： Very good software for online conferencing. We have been using this software for more than 6 months. Little things to not to like. A brilliant Software. Best conferencing software we have been using in pandemic.

The best thing I like in this software is it's Quality. It has very good quality audio and video. No lag in low end devices. Very easy to use. It's totally free to host a conference between 100 people . The recording feature is also available with this application .Great application to have video conversations.

Need a good internet connection. If the connection is not stable quality of the meeting will be reduce .Free license has many limitations. Only 100 participants can join the free basic meeting and the duration of the meeting is 40mins only. Little things not to like.
