It was not only me but all my colleagues unanimously agreed. This poor quality software does complicate physician's work. The workflow is laborious and it makes users burnt out. You'll never fully comprehend this maze-like program until you are an end user. In my medical practice, when giving instruction to my patients, I usually show them the pictures of prescribed drugs before they collect them at pharmacy. On the standard EMR I've ever used, a few clicks of the mouse would do it both back \& forth, but via this program it's a complete waste of time, you need more than 10 clicks to get through the process. I'll demonstrate how this basic functon works ; first, click on the "add order" button to start, then enter the drug name and click "the search result" click on the prescription drug then click "view drug detail" and click "medication picture" and the picture is shown. To order the next item, you need another 6 clicks ; "back to monograph detail" then "back to order detail" "back to order entry" "back to encounter record" and "back to priority workbench" then re-enter into "add order" button, now you can order your next item.
