This is an ideal tool for me because it allows me to monitor multiple sites without site licenses. The cost is by end users and not sites to be clear.

Not really a Dataminr con as much as the data it mines. You will see alerts that sound critical with no follow up- which means you have to be careful about analysis before sending an update to company stakeholders. Cost is a little high for the size of my company. ROI is still unclear for me.
