> **良いポイント**: From an Admin perspective, Tekmon has been an easy tool to get familiar with. Within just a few weeks of hands-on use, I was able to master the platform's features and capabilities and offer the best options to my team / make relevant and useful suggestions to the users. From a User perspective, the interface is intuitive and user-friendly. An induction is enough for Users to get started and become autonomous in using the tool and get the information that they need.&#10;&#10;Another strong point is that the platform continues to evolve, with new features and improvements that align with real-world operational needs. They pay close attention to clients’ needs and feedback, and the development team understands the challenges businesses face and continuously adapt their solutions accordingly.

It requires on-going attention to stay current with available features, and this is necessary as an Admin to be up to speed with the Users. Despite this challenge, the benefits of continuous improvement outweigh the occasional need to catch up on new capabilities.
