I purchased the product based on advertised features that turned out to be non-functional. After reporting the issue promptly and cooperating with support, I was told that the broken functionality wasn’t considered “essential” to the product, even though it was a key part of my decision to buy. They refused to refund me, even though their policy clearly states that refunds are possible when technical issues can’t be resolved. Their communication dropped off, and their support system seems deliberately designed to block escalation. This company appears more focused on protecting sales than on supporting users.
