What's more interesting is in a way, you can become a critic by only allowing the songs that you really like to be included (or the correct term would be curated) on your playlist. And in this way, your followers can listen to only the songs you've sifted thru according to your 'strict' preference. This is a very good way to promote an artist to get more listen time from potential fans. I like the curation setup as it is also not new since media platforms like MySpace, Deezer, and Slicethepie offer similar setup. But the latter allows you to write a review about the music you heard and gives you a small incentive for it.
