3) Wide variety of reports available for various purposes (e.g. resignee, confirmation, new hire and etc.)

> **改善点**: 1) Unstable Live Environment - There are glitches on Attendance System which resulted to error for shift attendance.

> 1\) User will have to proactively login the program update portal to check for latest version update. No notifications for new updates. 
2) Customer Support - Response time is not immediate for critical cases.
