> **良いポイント**: Shared data across all the marketing platforms made this product well worth the purchase. In short, the ability to access the database across landing pages, CEM, PR, Mailer, and Webinar saves time and allows for management by smaller teams.

> **改善点**: The auto-subscribe feature is too complicated and the ability to create our own templates would be nice. Essentially, it makes it difficult to create your own unique emails each time without having to pay a fee to the vendor.

> Overall, we have used this product for a few years and will likely continue to do so. The reason is that its quite simple to integrate and once you have the system learned, its easy to customize to your needs, even if they are not explicitly what the software targets.

> **良いポイント**: LianaMailer is very easy to use; it does not need that much training but the application directs to use. The structure and ready building blocks helps to create newsletters very quickly. Sending the letters is also quity easliy done and the follow up with teh reporting is good enough.

> **改善点**: It is not possible to copy the contenct from one group to another but you have to create them separately in each section. That is frustrating while the content is often very similar in different sections. Editing the text does not always go very smoothly and that couses annoyance. Sometimes you wish for a little more advanced tools and methods.

> My overall experince working with LianaMailer is good. It fullfills its mission.
