製品を使ってみた感想： Very good overall. The use of technology in translation has made the process very fluid and easy.

The responsiveness and precision of the replies from [sensitive content hidden]. He was very helpful in setting me up in the system, and on the Delonghi account. I was impressed with the review system and the review management.
改善してほしい点:
On initial setup of the reviews, it appeared that the reviewers were not sent an email nofitication. This was small thing though and easily remedied. One comment - we translate recipes for global markets, and our challenge is in localising the ingredients to suit cultural and local needs. For instance, flours and sugars vary widely from country to country. For this it is essential to have a human translator in the process.
