It's intuitive and very user friendly. The colors are pleasing to the eyes and really help to find your way. It's made for my business with understanding of the rules and regulations. I use is daily to book and check on occupancy. The dashboard helps me follow-up on what's coming in and what's going out. I have a view on who's paid and who still needs to pay. Multi-language contracts are easy to setup and personalize which is a big help. There is an ease of use and a swiftness in response from the program that really suits my needs. I've used the program on my computer, my iPad, my phone and all of them give immediate feedback with the most recent information. I personally love the iPad view which helps me be mobile as well as give my customers a feel that no other pet hotel owner can. The few times that I've had to appeal for support was dealt with swiftly and accurately. No question has been left unanswered.
