Well you can easily keep track of activity like screenshots, activities by mouse and keyboard Moreover it also gives you track of urls and time spent and thats incredible. Even the price isn't too much.

改善してほしい点:

sometimes it tough to explain about efficiency performance to client about tasks. As every task has different requirements.

Hubstaff Tasks for Task Management

製品を使ってみた感想： It was easy to use, did the work, and was a good pricing for value, however, it being rather new it still has way to go to be a full project management platform.

良いポイント:

We use Hubstaff as our main time tracker so both being from the same company made everything smoother. It’s easy to use and the support team is great. They are very open to hear feedback and suggestions for future features.

改善してほしい点:

I think it was a bit limited and basic, we needed to change for something a little bit more complete.

We like that it is included in our team membership and now have time tracking and our tasks in one place and could let go of our previous software we used.

Would be great if there would also be an option to create tasks and assign people without showing up in the tracking app as we use Hubstaff tasks for internal communication. What would be nice if, like within Asana, there would be an option to create ticket fields.

The product is very logical and easy to comprehend. It only takes a few minutes to teach an employee how to use Hubstaff. I think that the design team had a very good idea of what customers wanted and needed. Therefore, even some complicated features are made easy.

We would like to have more functions when it comes to the development of an invoice. We communicated our ideas and they are being reviewed.

Fantastic Task Management solution where time tracking is also needed

Some missing features (e.g task templates) and integrations (e.g API connection possibilities)

Excellent Product but no active Development

Super fast. Templates to quickly use working workflows for task tracking. Sprints to opt-in/opt-out to as every project doesn't belong in a sprint. Asynchronous Daily standups so your team can update the status at their time.

改善してほしい点:

No active development. No mobile app. No webhooks / API. No integrations like Slack. No active roadmap with active customer feedback loop.

Hustle free task managing

製品を使ってみた感想： For the last 2,5 years with my collaborators we use it for shared projects.
From the idea to completion. It is the first task manager we have been so happy with.

Extremely easy human visual interface. Easy to navigate, assign tasks, follow up and collaborate with others.

I use hubstaff every ten minutes daily to organize my tasks and to-do list. It could not be more helpful and is the best software I have found to date!

I wish I could create a task for a co-worker and click a button to send that task to their email inbox to notify them of doing the task

Hubstaff has been a great tool for our growing team. It is easy to use and understand, with little/ no training required. Team members (from across the globe) can collaborate on tasks.

It would be great if Hubstaff integrated with our other tools such as Github and Teams.

製品を使ってみた感想： Hubstaff Tasks has become an essential tool in my business. I currently use it to track client projects, but exploring more ways it can benefit my business. It is a great tool and I assure you, you will love it as well.

I absolutely love Hubstaff Tasks and will soon be trying other Hubstaff products. I love that this tool allows me to plan out my projects and customize my workflows to exactly what I want. It is easy to use, realiable, and looks very clean and modern. There are so many features that makes it the best in its industry, in my opinion. The pricing is also great! I couldn't be happier with Hubstaff Tasks.

改善してほしい点:

I like all the templates they have to offer but I wish there was a way to create our own templates. It might just be that I don't know how to do it. That's the only improvement I can think of.

Easy to get stated & versatile

製品を使ってみた感想： Being able to use it as a commutation/portal with my clients in a creative agency type capacity is fantastic. It replaces the need for many tools at one time. Using that way allows for transparency on the client end, too, since they can be notified every time we complete a Pinterest Pin Design for them or an hour of Pinterest VA work, etc.

良いポイント:

Having tried many Project Manager tools, Hubstaff Tasks is the most drop-dead simple to get started with a simple workflow quickly. It has the core features you need to get up & running with a Kanban flow. It's easy to make a quick board either with a blank template or one their preset workflows. Very low-friction.

改善してほしい点:

There are a few basic things that could improve the product. Being able to Copy & Paste a whole project (or even just a card) & just re-title it would be great. I use the service as a portal for my Pinterest Pin Design clients (www.pinpals.design), so just being able to reuse the same reject over again for a new client, rather than having to create a whole new project from scratch each time would save me a lot of time each month. Also wish that the site worked a bit better on mobile. I've noticed it's too easy to drag an item out of place on touch interfaces, etc.

Keeps the lines of communication regarding expectations open between myself and my remote supervisor. Easier to stay on top of tasks and priorities without exchanging dozens of emails.

Took a bit of time to understand and utilize all available features. It could be a bit more intuitive.

Reviewing it as a partial user

良いポイント:

I have been using Hubstaff (time tracking- their main product) and TBH Hubstaff Tasks wasn't my first preference, however the integrated time tracking feature from Hubstaff along with good UI and usability forced me to use Hubstaff Tasks regularly.

改善してほしい点:

I think the tool should come at zero or very nominal cost, we could see many free alternatives. Time tracking is the one they should charge for.

It enables us as a company to work more effectively. We have remote workers and managers and this keeps us all in touch and on schedule.

Nothing I have come across so far. Some of my users have taken time to learn it but that is not your issue

Get Reliable and Rewarding Freelance Work

I loved the ease with which one could browse tasks and apply for them directly with the organizations. So far the replies have been prompt and the pay has been on time.

改善してほしい点:

Sometimes the application process can be a bit repetitive with the questions listed for the candidate to answer. One answer may fit multiple questions and the applicant is forced to think of a new response each time.

It's a simple to use and really fast to get up and running. I use it with Hubstaff so it connects easily to our time tracking setup.

It's still new, so features and improvements pop up on a regular basis but there is room for things to keep improving.
