> **良いポイント**: Email Meter is a saving grace\! It helps us track our Average Response Time and is truly helpful with managing the amount of emails we are sending and receiving. When it "feels" like we are getting more emails than usual, we now have the stats to back it up and to make sure our resources are going to the right places. It was fairly easy to set up and I love the fact that you can have "off hours" and you can filter out specific email addresses or subject lines from your reports if you wish.
