Top-tier salon management solution that continues to improve

製品を使ってみた感想: We are very happy with our switch to Boulevard. Migration went very smoothly, we got up and running with minimal problems, support has been great since day 1. The only issues we've had have been or are currently being actively worked on in product cycles. Our day-to-day is much smoother than previous solutions, we love being on Boulevard!

良いポイント:

Intelligent booking and client-specific service timing has saved us countless hours at the front desk and increased our service revenue 10%+. The calendar and schedule are very easy to use, our new front desk staff is trained up in half the time as previous software. The integrated booking widget that lives on our site is wonderful for preserving a fluid brand experience for clients booking online.

改善してほしい点:

Add-ons for advanced features can start to add up on top of an already higher base price, and the cost to migrate from an another product can get very high (though if you are good with Excel you can prep migration sheets yourself and save a lot like we did). Reporting was initially a weak spot but has been continuously improved over the past year and is nearly at parity with our previous solution.

Love BLVD!

Super user friendly. Always updating to their system. The academy and help chat are excellent for learning the system as well.

改善してほしい点:

Could improve/add some features. Although BLVD is always working on adding updates, there is still a few key things that would be even more helpful.

Customer Service is Inexistent. Bait and Switch Operation. Once they got you they are GONE!

製品を使ってみた感想: By far the worst experience I ever had in the Medical Spa Industry. No customer service at all. Not even a single phone number of someone to call if you need help. It's bait and switch operation. They take your money, hope you can figure it out on your own, and then nowhere to be found.

The staffs scheduling was very easy to operate and manage.

改善してほしい点:

There's no customer service unless you like talking to a bot. They don't provide any phone numbers. You will have to schedule a zoom call if you need assistance. They don't respond to emails either.

良いポイント:

How user friendly it is. Remote access to the system. Message system. The list goes on & on...

改善してほしい点:

The fact that you cannot turn reports into PDF's like you can when using summaries. Therefore, I never want to see the summary option removed from the system.

Not being able to have phone support was an adjustment but the chat and zooms are awesome to use. Just a different pace.

The pre-booking feature makes scheduling future appointments extremely easy! Also, separate tabs for customer's history with services, transactions, and product purchases make it easy to help clients find what they are looking for.

The integration of packages from our previous booking system did not transfer correctly, which is the only issue we ran into.

Very many options and way to use!! Love when I’m notified when someone canceled or scheduled appts. I love the option to choose what notification you get.

改善してほしい点:

When someone moves their sport out does not notify you who moved. So then you’ll have random opening in your schedule and i don’t know who was there. It would be nice to have a button to click to see who canceled or moved from that spot.

製品を使ってみた感想: I love BLVD. The only downside is there reports. There are so many important analytics that are important to salon team members when it comes to sales, understanding our clients, retaining clients, and retaining NEW clients. Improve this, and BLVD would be the overall greatest package available.

The 2 way messaging, and professional look of BLVD sets it apart from other systems.

Their reports need the most improvement The variety of reports do not measure up to what you would expect from BLVD. They should take a look at other systems and see these are strong points on other systems that may be the reason people hold back from becoming a BLVD User. Reports are so important for Owners and Managers who need to gather analytics in order to create benchmarks for team members.

良いポイント:

This is the best booking software on the market. I highly recommend this product for booking, accounting, and managing your business. They have great customer service and are always available to help. Not to mention there online classes are great for teaching how to use the platform. It’s the apple of booking software.

Currently their app version for iPhone and android are not as sophisticated as their online platform.

Amazing app for spa services

良いポイント:

The layout and easy side menu make it straightforward to see my own bookings or get an overall view of the day, week, or month at the spa. The newly added access to documents and forms and the ability to update SOAP notes on the app is incredibly helpful and time saving.

改善してほしい点:

I can’t think of any shortcomings of this app! I love that I can text the spa via the designated number to communicate with front desk, that all the paperwork I need to view is handy from the app now, and that I get text alerts with new booking information. Best scheduling app I’ve used so far

We switched to Blvd after using another system for 15 years. The customer service is awesome. I think what we like best is it just makes sense and does what we want it to do.

We had a really hard time getting our data transferred. It tooks months of failing. But that was due to our prior POS not Blvd
