> **改善点**: Less tech savy employees have had a bit of a learning curve navigating the program but once we are able to sit down with them and walk them through the features they are generally able to navigate it on their own.

> This is a program we use for our employees to be able to login and see their benefits, statements, performance on investments, etc.  It is very user friendly and we have not had many complaints on using it.

We have employees in eight countries participating in an SAYE scheme and we needed a solution that would work in all those territories for both the employees and the teams that support SAYE. Global Shares was implemented quickly and smoothly and is an intuitive piece of software that people find easy to use.

> We wanted to implement a SAYE program across multiple countries working with lots of different currencies. The software works very well but the support we obtained from the implementation team was absolutely first class. We had a dedicated team who had a weekly with us as we went through implementation and also supported us with communication materials for employees.

> **改善点**: TR 2007 SIP values are hard to calculate, therefore the value given by Global Shares is only an estimate. I dont know if this can be worked on at all in the future.

> We have worked closely with our reconciliation process and now maintain this regularly. The communication has also improved massively in the last 2-3 years in particular.
