> **良いポイント**: As I work on candidate side. I could say the software is easy to classify in a specific category. &#10;For example, when I look for a candidate from my pool, it can be tick and check for that candidate I am looking for.

> **改善点**: However, I feel spelling also somewhat significantly important. When we do search on something simple like job categories, a location which I found loads of misspelling. Some said that not a big point, but why do not we change to be correct one.&#10;One more thing is the way to search, like a blank tick, select, or free space. for example, in some category like religion, Nationality etc.

The interface is simple and easy to use, which has made our work smoother and faster.&#10;One thing we really like about Porters is how flexible it is. The action menu lets us create custom buttons that fit our internal processes, giving us more control. It also connects well with our automation tools, helping us get the most out of the system. The export feature is also very useful, allowing us to easily pull and analyze large amounts of data.&#10;While I’ve seen other ATS platforms with fancier dashboards, they don’t offer the same level of flexibility. Their export features are also more limited, which makes data analysis harder. In comparison, Porters gives us the tools we need to work more efficiently and make better decisions.
