Installed easily into Slack for us and we were able to use it within minutes of installing. Easy to create tasks and assign them to other users in the channel. Plenty of shortcuts/hot keys for navigating and assigning tasks means you can work efficiently. Filters provide narrower views by date, by assignee, and status. > > **改善点**: I didn't find the interface all that intuitive initially. I didn't like how the tasks were all dropped into the threads because it cluttered up the communications. I prefer a separate task channel or thread but it's mainly a personal preference. Others may like the single channel view. I was frequently confused on if others could see the tasks since there's a little icon saying, "only visible to you", even if I had assigned the task to another user. > > It went pretty well but ultimately we stopped using the tool within Slack. We haven't found a project management app that we all can agree on that works natively within Slack. As with any new tool, you have to be patient and work through the learning phase. I'm not sure we did that completely but there was enough confusion and challenges that we had to move away from the tool. By using emails for external contacts and slack for the team, we could significantly reduce the need for specific emails for internal communication and all the 'reply all' flow. The team is informed of what is happening without spending to much time answering unnecessary emails. But for project follow-up, on has to complement slack with other software Each has their price policy, need maintenance and administration. Cyber integrates the management of delegated to-dos, to-dos for entire teams and project in a single place. It is now possible to follow a team without jumping from one interface to the other. Therefore, we started looking at Slack since you can use several channels each with their own purpose. We also went looking for extensions to have a overview of all tasks and an extension to create polls. We stumbled upon Kyber and I really like the way that tasks work and how it keeps everyone up to date. We use it extensively since everything we do becomes a task. I like most that people can check their tasks and when more people are assigned to a task, it is possible for persons to each check the task for their own. > > **改善点**: I don't like the limited options of the poll action.
