> **良いポイント**: Very strong functionality, well thought out, responsiveness is pretty good, articles online for support are almost up to date, more flexibility when it comes to customization.

> **改善点**: The UI/UX needs revamp, even though I have an experience in design and functionality- the interface, connection, user friendliness and Viator Syncing needs a lot of improvement. It will take about at least couple of hours for a user to fully fix the schedule, availability, syncing, widgets and more. (totally unnecessary, knowing that we also took time creating Viator's product)&#10;&#10;Viator uses a different legacy platform that doesn't connect well with Bokun, this is not 2010. Both platform needs to sync, market Bokun on viator as an add on cause it has a lot of perks compare to the legacy. &#10;&#10;Each button needs detailed explanation and step by step guide to handle task that also indicate affected areas. In short, it needs centralization. &#10;&#10;It would be easier to put a hierarchy (bold text above regular text) to indicate importance. (and again, needs to be centralized)&#10;&#10;The dashboard, experience and much more needs visual guidance. e.g adding colors and customization option for users. &#10;&#10;Also, if possible- allow user to create their own dashboard that can add widgets. e.g calendar, products, agents, availability and more. This helps users to easily visualize what we have and what we can improve as a whole. Better interface, more sales- more commission to Viator and Tripadvisor (this is a potential add-on option to earn more on your side. &#10;&#10;I understand that Bokun wants to simplify and minimize distraction in terms of UI/UX, However- the design does not create a mind pattern of visualization for us to know what's important or not. Everything is the same, you have a very powerful tool, let us know how powerful it is and prevent future chat support assistance by enhancing the whole interface. &#10;&#10;Lastly, tell Viator to increase the timeout cooldown while creating a product. It kicks people out after some time and it never saves the input. Add additional cookies or a separate condition while creating a product, it is totally unnecessary to time out a user while editing. Just put some pop up for "are you there?, Are you still editing?" or something. Legacy can't run this, let bokun absorb Viator and you'll get more sales and commission from this. &#10;&#10;\*\* Fix the availability option please \*\*

> It is an okay software, it works. But not for people who has more complicated products or bigger corporation. For sure some other company will hire a standalone Scheduler or Management for this, which is preventable.

Their willingness to help with technical and operational questions created a very positive experience.

It was taking hours to ensure we had the day planned, not the week, the day. After 2 weeks, I knew something had to change. I have never done a migration like this before, and it was quite daunting. I had used Bokun previously, but never managed a migration. I took the plunge headfirst. Viator connected instantly and synced all bookings, but then... what about the rest: Airbnb, GYG, Website bookings? After a slight panic, I decided to contact Bokun support by chat. This was the shocking part... I connected directly to a human, and before I could even finish typing my question, " \[sensitive content hidden\]" (Bokun customer support) mentioned, "I see you are a new user, would you like me to give you a call and assist with the migration?" The relief of knowing that someone was there to genuinely help was amazing. I was expecting a bot, or for someone to send me a 300-page guideline book, but no, they called me instantly, and the rest is history. Migrated over 1000 clients across 4 channels, and it was seamless.  \[sensitive content hidden\] was spectacular and determined to get things done asap. He just understood the urgency of doing this. &#10;&#10;We have saved hours in operational headaches, double-checking classes, and stress.

> **良いポイント**: nothing - There's one good guy named \[sensitive content hidden\], who's literally, in his own words, the only support rep in the entire US. Everybody else is overseas, and everything about this company, Xperience Software, is horrible.

> **改善点**: Everything is terrible. Cost is way too high. They're actually stealing data. Integrations break all the time.&#10;&#10;Bookings have dropped since we started using them because Viator is stealing the data, which is their parent company, so they can get people booked there and then hit you with fees. Overall, awful company, awful experience, awful team. Old school legacy software.

Everything broke all the time, you lost money, and then they would blame you. They made every small thing that should be easy difficult for no reason and randomly locked you out of your account for no reason.&#10;&#10;We lost so much time, money, and effort that it ended up being better to literally build our own reservation system.
