> **良いポイント**: Workhorse is very easy to use and information can be found easily. Sales orders integrate from the e-commerce site and invoices are then uploaded to Xero. Stock quantities adjust automatically and there is a function to allow authorised dealers to auto populate their stock levels in sync with ours, a real bonus\!

> **改善点**: This is very difficult to answer as we have been using Workhorse now for a number of years and it works very well, so no issues

> Having tried working with another developer to create a bespoke order processing system for my own print and design business, I came to the quick realisation that not all developers take the time to understand your needs fully enough before offering a package they think suits. Once I realised this first developer would never be able to provide the integrated, smart sharp look I wanted, I met with Workhorse - and never looked back. I was blown away by them, they spent a long time understanding my company's needs, learning what I meant when I explained things, and reiterating it back to make sure we all set off on the right path. To me, it is vital my software looks clean, neat and consistent while powerfully crunching data in the background. Workhorse hit the mark at every step and gave me a package that looks the part and performs seamlessly behind the scenes to make the nitty gritty of our order processing, recording and specification a breeze.
