> **改善点**: Not a lot not to like. The knowledge around analytics was limited and not the easiest thing to pick up once you are down the road of having embedded processes. If you were to have known the capability of analytics from the start and how it worked you would set up all your processes to feed in to this functionality.

Having digital forms allows our crews to complete documentation directly from their phones or tablets, which helps ensure information is captured clearly and consistently. It also makes it easier to store, track, and retrieve records when needed. Moving from paper to digital has improved organization, reduced paperwork, and helped streamline our overall workflow.

If field crew members forget to enter their name on the form, it can be unclear who actually submitted the documentation. > Overall, the experience with SC Training has been very positive. Document control has increased significantly due to the direct turnover of completed documents from the field to the office.
