製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, we were very positively surprised by how easy it was to set up a very professional-looking auction platform, and we want to thank the Bidlogix support team for all their support and advice during the setup phase.

Great software! We used this software to test if auctions would be a valuable addition to our core business (machinery trading). Since we did not want to build our own auction software, we looked for an existing solution that could be easily and readily implemented and eventually decided to go with bid.js - the online bidding platform from Bidlogix. In my opinion, Bid.js has many advantages over its competitors. The most important ones, in my opinion, are: - The software is embedded on your own website, as opposed to the subdomain approach chosen by most competitors. - Pricing is fixed and not tied to the turnover you generate from the auctions, unlike the pricing model from most competitors I looked at. - In combination with Weglot, it allows you to easily translate the content into multiple languages. Other features that I really like (though I don't know if they differ significantly from the competition, as I did not delve deeply into the other providers): - The design of the platform is highly customizable, so you can completely adjust it to match your corporate branding. - It supports all the necessary online auction functionalities, such as bidding extensions, auto-bidding, etc. - Last but not least, the support is very quick and helpful.

改善してほしい点:

Webhook notifications is something that could be improved and that would add value for us because we could automate certain workflows based on this.

製品を使ってみた感想： I do not see our company changing systems at all. This is a great system with great back up and cost effective. I use it daily and it is a very stable system as well.

BidJs is extremely user friendly and easy to use, It is a very reliable system and did not let me down once during an auction. The support is top rated and the friendliness of the staff is brilliant. They get back to you timeously and do their best to assist. he system is also very easy for our bidders to use.

改善してほしい点:

That it is not very flexible - there are some features we need that is important to us, but because not too many requests similar to ours were received, they will not look at implementing it.

Great Product but Lots of Room for Improvement

Issues with Bid Increment and autobids where it creates bids that are are off the normal bid increments must be fixed or ability to choose this type of autobid.

Interface is not modern or new. Lack of access to change and control user info Lack of ability to enter phone or email bids into system Autobid NEEDs to follow bid increment !! if autobid 62 dollars and next bid increment is 60 dollars it just bids 60 dollars and 2 dollars doesn't get used because can't make proper bid increment. Api needs ability to control all aspects of system (needs ability to add bids to lot ,etc) Sign up should be able to customize and easy remove fields. Sign up we find difficult for users. If you change time or settings for staggered closing - should auto adjust instead of removing lots and adding them back in.

A Comprehensive Review of Bidlogix

製品を使ってみた感想： User friendly programme and friendly staff that are always on hand to assist. Very easy to understand and to use the programme. Very easy to learn for a newcomer, which is very important for us. Would give it a 10 out of 10 if I could but the lack of finalizing the auction on the Bidlogix platform is the only problem we have.

Very user friendly and easy to upload an auction. Would recommend to anybody in the auction industry to use the Biglogix platform. The support platform / website which available really helps if one has a query that needs to be answered soon!

改善してほしい点:

If we had to comment, it would merely be with regards to the close of an auction i.e. the reconciliation and creating vendor statements. This programme basically only caters for the buyer and not really for the Vendor/ Seller – and that does create a bit of difficulties when create statements and pay-outs to Sellers/Vendors.

upload times during lot creation. Photos and files take a long time to upload and save, also changing page views / filters takes a really long time.

Friendly & Helpful

製品を使ってみた感想： We integrated BidJs into our current website ourselves, with little coding experience. The overall set up was relatively straight forward and easy to format to our own preferences, the BidJs team were great help throughout. The auction system is straight forward to use and has some good time saving features.

The staff at BidJs have been extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire setup process and the following couple of weeks. The system is easy to use and works well with our website. Customers find it easy to follow and bid.

改善してほしい点:

I could do with an integrated postage option on my auctions, and have had some teething issues with AuctionPay. Nothing really to write home about though.

This software is so easy to use! I love the way I'm able to easily keep track of auctions that are approaching and can easily identify which auctions need more marketing attention than others. It's visual design is very user friendly.

I integrate the software with Mailchimp, the integration was a bit bumpy at first but now works so smoothly and I couldn't be more happy with the product.

製品を使ってみた感想： Its been good to use and is still easy to use however nothing really seems to have changed in the years i have been using it for.

The Visuals while running auctions is great and is very easy to use, searching for things can be easy, Dashboard is easy to use, and support is great when needed.

Not enough reporting functionalityRemoval of bids is terrible and time consumingthe automatic cancelling of bids by the system is incorrect and shouldnt happen as it costs us as a company money when removing bids.

製品を使ってみた感想： I think you have a great product and we have had great support and building it into our website. Cindy has been my point person in my marketing manager who handles all of the technical side of it and I know that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been a huge help to her! If we can fix this registration process I do believe we can have a great deal of success with the auction software program. If not it will probably cause us to fall off at some point as we are struggling to have any profitability on it. We know from analytics that we are driving a tremendous amount of people to the site and that they are looking at the auction but our capacity to convert them to a registered bitter is poor.

The customer registration is far too cumbersome for our customer base. Too many steps and a bit complicated for the non savvy user. All we really need is their email for billing purposes and that’s all I want them to be required to give. I’m ok with validating the email through an email sent to them but do not need mailing address, phone etc. Also, after validating, it should take them right to the auction page and they should be able to bid and be signed in already. Having to check the box and go back to that process again loses some of them and I’ve been told by many customers they just simply couldn’t get in. I also think it has to do with user name and password. So if the email is the username/password it will make it all that much more easier. The price of the items we are auctioning is not excessive therefore our exposure is not that large if we happen to get an email that is not good. I’m willing to take that risk.

More Costumization Please

running solid and we can rely on BidJs. Some features could be handled more specific regarding our needs Including missing option for customization from our side would make it almost perfect.

Not enough customization. The interaction with BidJS and the homepage are limited. Lot descriptions missing features to interact like in wavebid.

Me gusta ya que estas subasta puedes programarla con un limite de tiempo es de tiempo, La opción de balanzas de medida me es muy útil ya que así puedo realizar mas de 1 o 200 subastas en cada dia es multi lenguaje por lo bien el cliente que vea una subasta va a estar bien ya que la herramienta se adapta a sus necesidades.

Actualmente no le encuentro pegas a ael producto asi estoy muy comodo la herramienta es muy versatil por lo cual apuesta a por ella.

The software sits seamlessly on our website as it was styled taking into consideration our brand guidelines. The team at BidJS were very helpful as were the step-by-step guides for installing.

Nothing immediately springs to mind, any smaller issues (me needing assistance, rather than an actual problem) have been resolved quickly and efficiently by the BidJS team.

I like that you can read what each bottom says, specially as there are so many, so I don't have to guess what each icon means while clicking.

My colleagues in Finance says it can be faster but I don't use the financial part of raising invoices. I only upload material for the auctions.
