The location and configuration administration is simple and reliable, whereas we had numerous issues with the previous solution that even their support could not consistently help with. Our complete page load times went from 15-25 seconds (ouch\!) down to a speedy 4-6 seconds with geolocation of the customer and loading of locations within a 50-mile radius included. That's using a database of over 3,400 locations. The old solution had a (still unidentified) problem with geolocation, causing our Google API service fee to be over $500 each month. Numerous complaints to their support forum (the only support offered) yielded no helpful results and, quite often, a snarky and borderline rude reply. In contrast, with StoreRocket, we're now under Google's free tier. That means we're SAVING over $500 per month using StoreRocket versus the old solution\! To be honest, this is how it should have been with the old solution as well, but the real-world savings was fantastic\! Finally, perhaps the most impressive feature of StoreRocket has been the customer support. Through a nice chat system, we've resolved every issue quickly and without additional fees. In fact, our request for new features have always been met with enthusiasm and we've already seen a few things implemented.
