We were up and running very quickly, and we were able to easily take payments in multiple countries. > > **改善点**: "Risk team" decided after 7 years that our account was violating their TOS. They provided a reason that I am 99% sure that it was provided by an AI tool without any validation (the reason that I am suggesting that it was an AI tool is that we occasionally receive cold emails by AI assuming we are a different kind of business) While they suggest that they can help you migrate to other payment providers, the migration itself is taking forever. I requested migration help (card data to Stripe) on the 12th of January 2026, and it is now 21st February, and the migration has not been completed, and they have not provided us with an estimate. We have provided all the necessary details in a timely manner. > > Good experience years ago, bad experience in 2026. The risk team blindly uses AI to evaluate accounts. Some of the details of the API are clearly designed with PHP in mind (such as requiring a php serialize function, which all the implementations in all the other languages have to emulate). And it seems that development has slowed down nearly to a halt. > > The API and the documentation seems to have been created by an inexperienced team, but they make up for it with an amazing support team.
