Robust very easy to set up - this is the best form builder IMHO. The platform has improved over time and integrates with email and payment apps.

a lot going on i only focus on the basics just want good clean data - very easy to use - i am a fan.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall I've found it extremely easy to use, the forms are nice looking out of the box and it has been easy to hook up to the other services I use.

I love how easy it is to setup a form and have it ready to use with so little effort.
改善してほしい点:
The interface is a bit dated, but I wouldn't hold it against them. The features make up for it.

製品を使ってみた感想： Terrible experience, I will be cancelling my membership and will be using another platform. Kira, Kennedy, Karol, Charissa, all useless. This company is a joke and is a complete scam!

Nothing about this service is good. It's confusing, and nobody gives you any support.
改善してほしい点:
Customer service is a complete joke. They create updates and don't let their clients know. They only provide email support and 8 people reply back with irrelevant answers. Not personalized at all. We have lost over 10k in revenue due to their updates with no notice. You cannot call the support team, and they do not help at all with issues and they gaslight you. I pay for the advanced subscription, and there is no support.

I like that I can select my own payment processor. Payments through Stripe are easy to setup. Detailed explanation for editing field styles make the forms look professional.
改善してほしい点:
An extra screen is required for payment, so some users drop off after the initial form submission.
