Web上で色々PDFを編集出来るトコロが良きです

製品を使ってみた感想： 多少思う所はありますが現状PDFの編集をしたかったという課題はクリア出来てるので良いとします。PDFの編集業務が今後続くか次第でSmallPDFを使い続けるか決まる感じですね。

良いポイント:

何といってもWeb上でPDFを読み込んでテキストの挿入や、個人情報等の消したい部分をササっと直せるトコロです。複数台のPCを使うので買い切りタイプのソフトではこうはいかないのでとても良い所です。

改善してほしい点:

正直、pdfそのものの結合や削除等が分かりづらいです。UIが値段の割に使い勝手が悪くそこは良くない点です。ただ他のもっと使い勝手のいいソフトに任せてこのソフトは編集に徹してるので現状大きくは不満には感じてません。今後に期待します。

製品を使ってみた感想： A long time ago I didn't like working with pdf files because they seemed difficult and complicated to work with, now I don't care if the file is in that format

良いポイント:

All the functions it has to work with pdf are the necessary ones to be able to convert, compress and transform in a very fast and simple way, that is what I like the most, the ease that this platform has to provide the service without complications or long step by step. Before, doing these processes was difficult and time-consuming, now everything is easier

改善してほしい点:

I have nothing that I don't like, I like everything, I love this application that made my work easier

PDF editing made easy

良いポイント:

Smallpdf is simple to use but packed with advance PDF file editing tools like filer merger, text editing and file converter. All this tools has helped to accelerate PDF file management and saves time because all the tools is available in one platform.

改善してほしい点:

Problem with document format if I convert PDF file to word extension. I have edit and make changes manually after the conversion.

No notification at the end of the free trial, they charged me without priore notification

製品を使ってみた感想： very bad experience, I will not stop ton mention it ! you charge me for a tool that i don't use ! I want a remboursement !

良いポイント:

bad customer servicen, [sensitive content hidden] told me you sign agreements terms that you need to cancel, yes but i am using a thousand tools from years! each time the app send notification before starting to charge! very bad experience !

改善してほしい点:

bad customer assistance, bad way of charging (fooling ) people !

製品を使ってみた感想： My overall experience is good and feels very easy and now it is a our part of daily life

良いポイント:

This is the best app easy to use very friendly you don't need to provide training to your employees as very easy interface even new person can use it.

改善してほしい点:

While i convert my pdf in word or other formate they don't convert according to format they misplace some words lines or tables
