> **改善点**: We have been incorrectly charged on multiple occasions. One month we were accidentally charged almost $5000. This was refunded after a week with little acknowledgement or explanation. We cancelled our membership after this. We have just been charged this month despite having received a written approval of our request to cancel. After speaking to other small business’ who were looking into Octopus, it is clear that our issue is a common one.

As a small business, cost was a concern, but I was promised adequate onboarding training and support.&#10;&#10;Initially, I received help from a friendly and helpful support person. Once agreeing to sign on, I was handed over to another support member (\[sensitive content hidden\]).&#10;He lacked professionalism and knowledge. When I asked to work with the original support person again, I was told they didn't exist and \[sensitive content hidden\] was the only one on the team. This felt strange and of course, created trust issues.&#10;&#10;Unhappy with the support, I canceled my trial on time but was still charged. Octopus acknowledged their mistake and offered a refund plus a 'premium onboarding service,' but the support remained unclear and disappointing.&#10;&#10;There were also billing errors, including a $5000 overcharge, causing financial strain on paying our employees. &#10;I picked up on this mistake and was eventually refunded, however, ongoing issues led to continued charges for a more expensive plan than agreed upon.&#10;&#10;I reached out to the \[sensitive content hidden\]for help but received no response. &#10;After persisting, (despite initially being told that \[sensitive content hidden\] was the only member available), I was later assigned a new team member and offered more services to keep me on, which I declined, asking for a refund instead, which was denied.&#10;&#10;Overall, while Octopus Pro offers flexibility in scheduling and payments, its customer support lacks compassion, clarity, and integrity, significantly affecting my small business's growth.&#10;&#10;Our most recent issue is a charge for this month of $300 AUD, despite cancelling last month. Awaiting a response and not feeling very positive about the experience. &#10;&#10;Strongly recommend using a different platform.
