The hotel is loosing revenue and reputation because of this and no action has been taken till date . Guest are arriving in the hotel and hotel has no ide about the booking since the booking vouchers or intimation mail are not sent to us , imagine this happening on sold out dates and guest travelling with kids are forced to face the trouble despite confirmed bookings . We are getting negative reviews from the guest for no mistake of us and your team keeps giving excuses very day when the issue is raised .
