> **良いポイント**: It has been a practical tool for keeping ALL organized. I mainly use it to centralize bookings, manage cleaners/cleaning times, automate guest messages, and streamline the check-in/check-out process.

> **改善点**: Pricing does adding up.. an initial annual fee and then monthly charges is quite ridic. Seems subscription cost for smaller hosts is more pricey as compared to their  enterprise solution? Also syncing issues sometimes.

> Instead of jumping between platforms, it has helped me monitor my reservations, thereby triggering a more effective guest response time/feedback

> **改善点**: Automated monthly reports do not work correctly — Booking.com figures are wrong every time and require manual correction. Repeated attempts to get this fixed have failed. Call-backs promised by the support team have not happened; we get emails instead, which don't resolve the issue. Communication from our customer success manager has been almost non-existent for months.

> We were told Guesty's monthly reporting would be fully automated, but this has never worked correctly. Figures pulled through from Booking.com are wrong every single time, meaning we have to manually check and correct them each month — completely defeating the point of automation. Despite repeated attempts to get this fixed, the issue persists, and support has been unreliable throughout.
