製品を使ってみた感想： Xero is an excellent tool that has allowed me to manage my department's expenses in a transparent and orderly way in simulation projects, prevention exercises and detailed analysis.
It has allowed me to pay vendors and reimburse expenses for services such as security consultants, incident response companies, relocation of response teams to different geographical areas,
mobilization teams and replacement of damaged infrastructure, etc.

良いポイント:

It allows me to manage my department's accounting in real time, giving me a clear and up-to-date visualization of expenses. It helps me a lot in generating reports with balance sheets and cash flow to reliably assess profitability and make better decisions in the future.

改善してほしい点:

Customer support is slow and limited, we have solved problems before getting a response.

製品を使ってみた感想： It works and accounting isn't the most exciting part of the day. The features and mindless design changes do not justify the constant price increases. Like the huge integration list, they should break up every feature and price by feature rather than base packages.

Xero was great when we first signed up. It was a simple small business accounting software.

They lost touch with the customers. Developers ruled with poorly thought out features and UI/UX. Tell your early customers how much you are discounting your new customers and then flood the dashboard with price increase notifications. Price goes up and the product gets worse.

I like the software, it offers just about everything youd need to keep your financials in order and even offers end of year reports for the irs ( very important) and keeps you alerted on your quaterly tax payment schedule, among other thing. You can link your bank and reconcile your spendatures and tuck each transaction into its proper tax-non tax catagory, plus other deductions such as depreciation of your vehicles for tax writeoffs, and many more...

.however. the quoted price on the promotion was way far from the price i was charged for this product. Also i missed my payment by two days and all my information, everything i had documented, reconciled, entered, invoices, reports, EVERYTHING was being held for ransome and untouchable till i paid my inflated price. Its was an eye opener. When running a business, be careful what product you choose, for me. I cant be locked out of my accounting software for any length of time when it comes to my business. Just food for thought. I know zoho has been the best alternative app for free even. And it offers the same services xero does for half the price. No gemics

Best Accounting Software

製品を使ってみた感想： My overall experience with xero has been fantastic. It takes the stress of my workload and its just so seamless. Also my accountant gets all the information from one place so it makes filling out my SA Assessment returns so much easier.

良いポイント:

As a small business owner who has never used xero before, i like the features it provides. I like how you can connect your bank statements to xero which makes reconciling transactions easier. Its seamless and you dont have to manually go in and pull the transactions across. Also i love how you take a photo of your receipt and input that into xero.

改善してほしい点:

Nothing really, I like all features. The only small thing i would say is i wish we didnt have to use the authenticator, but other than that i dont have any cons.

Xero offers excellent support resources and communicates regularly with customers, advising of product updates and features. Using Xero is easy and with the on-screen support Xero Central support feature, help is always at hand.

Xero is not scaled for manufacturing clients and lacks stock management capability. Larger clients may be looking for a more scalable solution with stock management and offline access.

If fully utilised Xero is a very powerful business tool that can encapsulate everything financial - from integrated stock systems and product costing, to sales tracking and customer management.

The dashboard can be a little cluttered together - in some instances you need to click through a few hyperlinks to get to where you want to go.

製品を使ってみた感想： I have used it for both my self employed web design work - basic, no VAT and for a partnership that subsequently became VAT registered. I have found it easy to use. Payroll is slightly harder to get a grasp of and holidays can be quite complicated but it works well with Making Tax digital

製品を使ってみた感想： It is very easy to use with various reports to help understand the position of your company. Due to the bank feeds it is extremely easy to reconcile all transactions. Also you can do VAT submissions directly from the system which saves so much time. Year end submissions take so less time as everything is already ready to go at the end of the year.

製品を使ってみた感想： I find customer support to be underwhelming. Constantly referred to the product Ideas forum, however, it’s not like any of these have any action taken on them.

Decent signup discount. On the web, the interface is easy to understand once you know what you’re doing.

Unpopular product changes (such as including advertising in invoice emails) that occurred without user consultation. When users did complain, our concerns weren’t addressed. There have been multiple price increases, with virtually no new features added as part of these changes. Almost feels like a bait and switch… they get you with cheap pricing and then start changing everything up for existing customers.
