The task management system is highly efficient, allowing easy creation, assignment, and tracking of tasks with clear deadlines and priorities. > > **改善点**: While Zoho Projects is a powerful and feature-rich project management tool, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial learning curve can be slightly challenging for new users, especially when navigating advanced features such as automation and custom workflows. Additionally, the mobile application is not as responsive or feature-rich as the desktop version, which can limit productivity when managing projects on the go. > > My overall experience with Zoho Projects has been highly positive. The platform offers a comprehensive set of tools that make project planning, task management, and team collaboration efficient and well-organized. Its intuitive interface allows both beginners and experienced users to navigate the system with ease. ----- ### "Project management well made with the Zoho ecosystem" — 4.0/5 > **認証済みレビュアー** | *2025年9月24日* | 自動車 | おすすめ評価：6.0/10 > > **良いポイント**: Projects and tasks can be customised with a lot of detail. It's connected with the Zoho Suite and specially with Sprints and Desk/Bugtracker, which is great. If the team gets along with the "philosophy" it can track projects and costs in a very professional way. New UI is cool, much better than the previous one. > > **改善点**: As all Zoho tools, it can be a little overwhelming to set-up properly, specially on your own without a consultant. If you want something very agile, like Trello, maybe it's not the best tool for you. > > We manage projects of development and consultancy with it, some development projects are connected to Sprints and the overall company is connected to the Zoho ecosystem, which is its biggest strenght. ----- ### "Short review" — 3.0/5 > **認証済みレビュアー** | *2026年1月13日* | 建設 | おすすめ評価：7.0/10 > > **良いポイント**: Easy to use Gantt view Comfortable mobile (Android) app to use in field Easy to use custom formulas Polish language Cheap > > **改善点**: No posibilty to split projects and tasks into folders/ workspaces No support in Polish Difficult sort > > Easy to start using without any help Comfortable mobile (Android) app to use in field for every user ----- ### "Fantastic experience" — 5.0/5 > **Hansika** | *2026年6月22日* | 石油、エネルギー | おすすめ評価：6.0/10 > > **良いポイント**: Zoho Projects is easy to use and helps us manage tasks efficiently. Features like task assignment, reminders, recurring tasks, dashboards, and reports make team collaboration smooth. It provides good visibility into task status and progress, which helps us track employee work effectively. The pricing is also reasonable compared to other project management tools. > > **改善点**: Some features could be more flexible. Recurring tasks for activities that occur on an "as and when required" basis are not easy to configure. There is also no built-in employee scoring system to track task completion performance directly. Notification customization and task ordering options can be improved. > > Overall, my experience with Zoho Projects has been positive. It has helped our organization organize tasks, monitor progress, and improve collaboration among team members. The interface is user-friendly, and most project management features are available in one place. With a few enhancements in automation and performance tracking, it would become an even more powerful solution for businesses. ----- ### "If only they could secure data" — 4.0/5 > **Pippa** | *2025年11月4日* | 高等教育 | おすすめ評価：4.0/10 > > **良いポイント**: Detailed, efficient, affordable. Visually easy to navigate, current, support is good. Lots of scope. > > **改善点**: Spam emails after signup, duplication of purpose of modules. Lack of consistency across modules. Having to pay for functions that should have been part of the original package subscription. > > It was great, except needs more security of data, I also found that I was constantly needing to buy addons. The modules didnt really talk to one another efficiently and there was duplication of purpose. ----- ページ：1 / 36\ 次へ: [次ページ](https://www.capterra.jp/software/169455/zoho-projects?page=2) ## リンク - [Capterraで表示する](https://www.capterra.jp/software/169455/zoho-projects) ## このページは以下の言語で利用できます | ロケール | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## 構造化データ
