受信者には個別で送付されたような内容で一斉送信できる。一度に多くのクライアントとメールのやり取りをする際に便利。また、トラッキングにも対応しており、クリック数やオープン数を確認することができる。営業的にも返答率の算出にかなり役立つ機能が無料で使えるので助かっている。

改善してほしい点:

クリック数やオープン数が正確な数値なのか確認しづらい。また、メールの個別フォルダではなく、視覚化して管理できればなおいいかと思う。ＣＳＶへのエクスポートでもいいので対応してもらえればありがたい。

Probably the best tool for mass emailing. I did a lot of research as I was budget conscious and also wanted to use Gmail servers to send the emails. Also wanted to have tracking available, as well as some other bells and whistles. I ended up comparing Mailtrack and GMass and decided to try GMass. Has been an absolute success so far.
