System is overall clunky and some tasks require multiple clicks before you get to what you need. Sometimes they are in the way and I have to turn the phone sideways to get them out of they way. It should be a choice if the user wants it in the menu or easy access. > > A+ I am glad I chose Digitail as my software. I had used Woofware at VCA, Avimark, Covetrus pulse, EazyVet and Banfield's soft ware. I loved the Shepherd software interface and invoice/flow task board/medical record combining but ultimately I chose Digitail because of the client facing app, telemedicine - virtual lobby and mapping for mobile house calls.
