製品を使ってみた感想： Great product for going to trade shows and selling products there remotely and when they don't buy from the website. It is quick to make an amount they need to pay.

良いポイント:

I like that I only had to pay for the unit that hooks to my phone and then there is no monthly fee unless I need more features.

改善してほしい点:

No way to take a payment without or with bad internet and then hold for later until there is service.

Great Payment Processing System

製品を使ってみた感想： We use the clover terminals directly in office and team members who work remotely are able to process payments directly over the phone using the virtual terminals.

良いポイント:

We're able to easily process our transactions through the terminals as well as remotely online.

改善してほしい点:

The product is fantastic. The only thing I wish was that the processing terminal was the first page that opened up.

Customer service and the communication was terrible always. The machines were always loosing power and shutting off regardless of being charged. Had to get that fixed twice. They switched my business name on file and my clients thought there was fraud with their transactions. That never got resolved before leaving. They never apologized for the mistake on their end. I had to call consistently telling them I sent the cancellation form as I was getting emails everyday to cancel when I had sent it out 4 times. Finally called and admitted they received it but hadn't gotten back to me. I'm also passed my 5 year contract and they harass to pay $500 .

Clover has been a breeze!

製品を使ってみた感想： When setting up our clover account, we had minimal issues. The customer service team is always responsive and quick to answer any questions we may have. Our rates are phenomenal - the lowest rate % we have been able to find! Everything you need is right on your clover device - inventory, prices, adding disounts, receipts.... SUPER SIMPLE!

I really enjoy using Clover because its EASY! The card processing steps are so simple and the machine is smooth to navigate!

Customer service and they will take your money even though you ask them not to. I had to close my restaurant for personal issue, so i called the clover and spoke to someone regarding Monthly clover service charges and he said no problem. However, they debited 9 months $49.00 for subscription plan fee (not the machine lease fee). They would not give you money back nor care to contact you because its their mistake

Clover is better!

My Clover Review & Experience

良いポイント:

I liked the POS system however it has a learning curve. After playing around with it for a couple weeks I was able to better navigate the device. It was a very easy setup.

Not what I thought it was going to be like. I was not informed of the additional charges and App Store fee. It was difficult to integrate online booking and salon management with this system. I ultimately had to change. I think it is a wonderful system for maybe a restaurant or other type of business not for salons or spas - in my opinion.

The crash of Clover

製品を使ってみた感想： I’m a month pass our warranty and because of their crash I end up having to pay over $300 to replace a piece of equipment

A piece of equipment failed because of their crash and unable to use the system basically out of business until it is fixed and I had to pay for it. It’s been over a week already looks like another week.

Very unreliable I had a business you better have a back up system like Square and an iPad and a cash register

We needed an upgrade from QBM.

製品を使ってみた感想： We love the web-based back office. Checking sales from my phone and being able to check orders in real-time has been the best management tool.

Plug and pay. Clover really is, "plug and pay" we were able to start using it as soon as the machines arrived. We also were able to get a replacement register drawer quickly when one just stopped working.

Our menu was not completely programmed when the machines were sent this was a bit of a hassle. After some back and forth we were somewhat satisfied with the items programmed and we could take it from there.

Easy to use and looks appealing

They handhelds are easy to transport and are visually appealing, especially with the new upgrades. Easy to use and print end of night reports, easy for techs to bring into rooms to check clients out

It is to easy to accidentally refund a clients card if you hit the wrong button, wish that it would connect to our PIM system (AviMark). No stylus or pen provided for clients to sign their name

I give 1 star because I cant give 0 stars, be carefull with this company, I stopped working with them and paid everything, after 2 years the put me in collection and asking me for a payment I already did, I been with this for 2 years, every time they call me ask me for alot of paperwork and they said that I owe $700 dlls, I proof everything thing and now they get back with this, not happy about this.

Very poor service and very confused company, no secure for your money.

製品を使ってみた感想： Absolutely terrible. They will tell you anything to get your business but then when there’s a problem, they are nowhere to be found. Do not do business with these guys if you are in the southwest, or California. Trust me. Don’t make them the same mistake I did.

These guys cannot be trusted. My dollar volume is close to $1 million a year and my average sale was between $2500 and $5000. I do tax consulting. When Clover suspects anything on your account, they will hold your money. They will also take their fees out of your account without paying you. I have had $90,000 on hold for Eight days so far. Clover is unresponsive, they don’t give me a timeframe of what’s happening, or anybody to talk to. My rep is in Arizona, and California, and I would avoid her like the plague.

Awful customer service. Regularly increase prices, sign you into new lease periods without your knowledge. Advised to send an email to give 30 days notice, only to be told they need a signature. They want £480 in terminal lease costs despite my lease finishing in July 2023 (I signed an 18 month lease in February 2022) Worst card service provider I have used in 15 years of business. Next day terminal delivery never happens, quality of terminal is awful (continually breaks). I've just read other comments and I'm not alone. Avoid this company at all costs.

I do enjoy and I am grateful for Clover. I do because Clover is a nice way to get points and it is a reward system when you go get points, check in, and get deals/promos with restaurants and cafes. I like when you can get the ability to order and pay for your food and drinks.

I wish for some restaurants to expand and be open to Clover for nice deals, promos, and rewards to give back to customers for sure since at the end of the day, support is the key for support.

Clover support is a piece of garbadge, we had the machine since last 3 years, this time the payments were not deposited, we were told that [sensitive content hidden] Suppervisor will call back in 24 hrs to 48 hrs, but its been almost 2 weeks, no one called, neither our payments were deposited or clear, i called 8 times, & i was kept on hold for many hours, then i tried live chat, & was not replied, they are suppose to call back & solve our issue, but no response, very disappointed, very pathetic services, will never recomend,

Frustrating Product!

製品を使ってみた感想： The rep from Clover on the initial sales committed that there program could do something that was instrumental to our sales process. Simply it was the only thing that we confirmed with them that it would be able to do. After repeatedly being told yes, it could do that, we signed with them. After signing, we were informed that despite being told it could do it, it cannot. When we brought to there attention that we had been told it could and we had those conversations recorded, they basically said that's not their problem. Additionally they locked in for 4 years without providing this service and now we have to pay to get out early.

Best Payment processing service for Non-Profits

良いポイント:

I like Clover's discount for non-profit institutions like ours. We got the POS system on a 50% discount and they waived the monthly fees. We only have to pay fees per transaction.

改善してほしい点:

While we do not have to pay a monthly fee, we do have to pay $0.10 per debit transaction. This was higher than compared debit companies, but in the long run it will still be worth the amount we use it.
