It's a lighweight web experience tools that complies easy to understand scroll maps and click maps. We were grandfathered in to a lower price point that eventually expired, so we moved away to a more scalable solution (VWO insights). Key features were heatmaps and clickmaps. We also utilized the recording feature which helped us uncover at least one bug in the checkout process. They assign a user frustration score to the recordings, allowing you to sort the most negative experience first and see the user's recording to investigate issues.
