Splashtop is supported on windows, mac and even linux and as so i can use it on any laptop or computer we have at the company. Splashtop also offers a free trail.

Remote printing on Splashtop sometimes does not work so well and needs a few tries to work.

Simple, Easy Remote Access. A MUST for MSP's

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall this is a good tool, with a little bit of improvement it would be great.

Splashtop works great to remote in to another PC and assist or repair. The file transfer feature works great and the tool is fairly easy to use.

The resolution of the remote PC could use some upgrading, often it seems a bit blury or hard to see. Splashtop requires the user to allow the connection or if it times out it will allow you in. sometime I need to over ride the user and they just reject the remote session when I try to connect.

Splashtop my goto solution for an easy remote access.
製品を使ってみた感想： I have been using this solution for my customers for the last 8 years. It was a switch from Logmein who (back then) was closing or changing price range dramatically. Splashtop as been my only solution from 2014 until this year.

It's a cross-platform solution, easy installation for remote access. Price is really cheap. Lots of remotes information and option to control the remote devices. Software as fast response from remote machine.

The Linux version is not fully working, still as a few bug.

Great Option for Remote Work

Resolution on laptop not the best at times, but I believe splashtop offers a version higher than the one I purchased that has better resolution. So this is a fixable problem.

It’s so easy to use and allows you to remotely connect to and control any computer, without any hassle. The remote access and control is very reliable, fast, and secure, and it's so great to be able to access any file or program while away from your computer. Great Remote Control App
良いポイント:
I like the interface, I find it very easy to navigate and I very much enjoy the auto-login functionality as it saves me a lot of time entering passwords. I find the whole product to be user friendly and stable.

The only thing I don't like about Splashtop is the chat functionality. The chat windows is only on the remote side and it makes chatting with the end user difficult.

Good product for my needs
製品を使ってみた感想： The key benefit is to be able to work from home which I am now doing full time.

It is very easy to use. I was not involved in the decision making process of which remote linking program to obtain when COVID hit. I like that it quickly connects with my work computer.
改善してほしい点:
Since I have multiple monitors, I have the business version of the program and occasionally it tells me I don't have the right level to access both monitors but it is easily resolved, just annoying. Other than that, I don't really have any cons.

Haven't found anything I don't like. Every tinme I use Splashtop it is consistantly secure and available. The computer from remote occupies teh whole display and one may not differentiate at times host and current computer.

Awesome Remote Access

I love that I can remote from home to work when I simply cant get it all done in a day. I have even billed after hours with Splashtop. I also use it in the front office so I can keep on top of my administrative work when assisting the Doctor.

Work from home seamlessly
製品を使ってみた感想： I've been very pleased with the service provided by Splashtop, and I was pleasantly surprised by it, especially in the beginning. The function to easily print to my own remote computer and/or the server was an unexpected benefit.

This might be a me-problem, but I can't get the "type a message here" field to do anything. I would like some way to communicate with users at the site things like: "The screen is blanked and the keyboard is locked, please don't turn off the computer, I'm using it remotely"
