> **良いポイント**: AlarmsOne’s mobile alert management has proved to be useful. When the team is away from the desk, getting notifications through the mobile phone SMS and voice calls is rather helpful. It has given our operations the flexibility to address important occurrences in warm kinds.​

> **改善点**: A major disadvantage is that a part from the main periods of work, notifications in a mobile appear to be delayed. These lags may affect our ability to give urgent alerts the attention they deserve hence may lead to low service delivery.​

Alarm Poller helps to controls the data gather easily and much focused single panel called dashboard to control the all the alert has improved my monitoring system.​

> **改善点**: The integration with some fewer monitoring tools lasted or needed certain settings adjustments from time to time. It would have been ideal, if all integration scenarios were to work seamlessly with no further settings change needed.
