It's surprisingly easy to use, even when it doesn't feel like it would be. It's nice that the users can direct assess you through the portal. We've found some great hires and connections on Indeed. It's easy to manage potential future employees.

Screening questions were clear and concise yet, unqualified persons were still able to apply. I also wasn't aware in the screening process that candidates were made aware if you categorized them as a yes, maybe or no.  That should not be visible to a candidate. Indeed also is a very poor site for obtaining skilled healthcare labor (veterinarians specifically).

> In the end, I was able to find some good candidates for my entry level positions and nursing positions.  However, I had to sort through a lot of poor ones to get there. I am hoping that indeed makes changes that benefit the employer in the future, rather than the job seeker.
